As early as 1996, it passed the approval of the National Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau and the national recognition. In 2003, Taier Certification Center completed the industrial and commercial registration of an enterprise legal person in accordance with the requirements of the former Ministry of Information Industry and the National Certification and Accreditation Supervision and Administration Commission, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is currently the certification body with the highest registered capital in China. In 2006, the center passed the reconfirmation of certification qualifications by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee. The approved business scope is: quality management system certification, environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, post and telecommunications product certification, and the approval number is : CNCA-R-2002-030. In order to ensure the scientificity, objectivity and impartiality of certification activities, the Taier Certification Center has established a management committee composed of relevant departments and bureaus of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Institute of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Representatives from China Unicom, China Communications Standards Association, some large-scale communication equipment manufacturing companies and related research institutions provide guidance and supervision in terms of certification operation guidelines, operation strategies and policy implementation.
