NAKS/HAKC

NAKS is the abbreviation of the Russian National Welding Administration Bureau, mainly for welding qualification and certification.

The Russian welder certification system is one of the most advanced welding systems in the world and is supervised by the Russian State Welding Administration. Only with the qualification of welding construction personnel and welding procedure qualification registered and approved by Russia can we undertake all welding-related businesses in the Russian Federation, such as welding of oil and gas pipelines, welding of construction steel structures, welding of pressure vessels and their pipelines, and so on.

Russia NAKS welding consumables certification process:

1  Both parties confirm and sign the certification service contract;
2  Both parties establish a certification team and confirm the project leader;
3 The  manufacturer prepares to apply for grade technical documents and fills in the certification application form;
4 SICE sends the certification application form and other documents to NAKS for review;
5 After passing the SICE audit, both parties confirm the factory audit time;
6 SICE evaluates the raw materials, processing, acceptance, packaging and labeling, storage and other links of the corresponding brand of welding consumables in the factory, and gives the final evaluation whether it is qualified;
7  if it is qualified, SICE A certificate of conformity will be issued within two weeks;
8  If unqualified, you can resubmit the certification application after rectification;
